This corner lot home with beach access just a few steps away is conveniently located to shopping, swimming, and dining. Appreciate the pool with afternoon sun, huge decks, poolside refrigerator, bar, BBQ area with one gas grille, two charcoal grilles, and lighted volleyball area. Landscaping and lawn areas for playing are added delights. It's just 550 feet to the beach access. Check out the impressive vistas from the giant deck!!

Conveniences: Private unheated Pool, poolside bar, hot tub, gas fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, three DVD players, two Refrigerators, an outside Bar with bar stools, a whirlpool tub, a Keurig coffee maker, a basketball hoop, a lit volleyball court, a horseshoes set, bicycles, and a gas grille. For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 3 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
