Located in a private, gated community, guests have access to a subdivision Olympic-size pool, kiddie pool and tennis and basketball courts throughout your stay. It's a short walk to the Corollas wide and soft sandy beaches where you can sunbathe under Carolina blue skies, shell, take calming walks or romp in the rolling surf. This location offers fast access to the Timbuck II and Monteray Pines shopping and dining options. Visit the Currituck Lighthouse, tour the Currituck Heritage Park, play golf at The Currituck Club championship course or venture to the four wheel drive beaches of Carova to see our famed wild horses that roam complimentary.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool for invigorating swims, lounge seating , an outside shower and gas and charcoal grilles to prepare casual BBQ meals. Inside you'll find a central Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, pool area access and a wet bar with sink, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom with access to the pool area serving also as a cabana bathroom.

Mid Level: Stylish King Master Bedroom with a full private bathroom with dual vanity, and access to two private, covered decks. Queen Bedroom with deck access that shares a full hallway bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle. Laundry area with washer and dryer. A half bathroom is located on the landing a half level up. All bedrooms on this level offer wood floor and flat-screen TVs and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: There's plenty of room to gather in the tropic inspired great room with ample natural light, dazzling hardwoods and lofty ceilings. The great room offers a flat-screen TV, game table seating 4 and access to a furnished sun deck overlooking a calming community lake. Steps lead up to the ships watch loft with seating. The kitchen overlooks the great room offering stainless steel appliances, dining room seating for 8, great room table for 4 and causal seating for 3 is available at the kitchen bar. A King Master Bedroom suite completes this level with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with dual vanity, glass shower and a Jacuzzi tub, and deck access to a private furnished sun deck.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
