Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower, carport and a grilling area with park-style charcoal grille.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access that share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set, Single and a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry are with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4 and screened porch access and the dining room seating 10. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Outside you'll find a sun deck with plenty of seating and a crows nest with vistas of the golf course.

Extras: Private Pool (23 x 10, heated for $500 per week), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, sound bar, Keurig, screened porch, picnic table, outside shower, charcoal grille, parking for 6 cars, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30) and linens and towels supplied. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
