Pamper yourself with a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the private pool (heated for a fee) with disco lighting system, the fenced and landscaped back yard or the lighthouse vistas from the home. Just a fast walk to the oceanfront community amenities, pools and of course the beach!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub and 12x14' pavilion with TV, open outside shower, picnic table and grille area. Inside you'll find a den with 40" flat-screen TV, XBox, wet bar with full size refrigerator and access to the pool area. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds , flat-screen TV and private deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and a flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with deck access featuring an entertainment center with huge flat-screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo and a stone-faced wood burning fireplace. Kitchen with wood cabinetry and accents will provide a cheery backdrop to a dining area with seating for 12 offering deck access with lighthouse vistas. Half bath.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
