Upgrades for 2023 included the addition of a half bath on the beach/pool level, all new outdoor showers, new expanded pool deck, fence and artificial turf. Indoor remodel included new LVT floor throughout top level living areas with new bespoke shelving on the gas fireplace.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Master Bedroom with TV, and a Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and TV that shares a bathroom with a Queen Bedroom. All bedrooms have deck access and the hot tub is on the covered deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
