The home features many upgrades, including an expanded fence and pool deck with pool-bar area. The private pool includes water basketball and other pool toys for 'kids of all ages'. Marvel at sunrises and starry nights from the cavernous deck. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, playing or calming at the beach. Gather with family and friends in the great room, while preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen or backyard Bar-B-Que. Unwind and read in the den, or play ping pong in the huge rec room. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
