The home features many upgrades, including an expanded fence and pool deck with pool-bar area. The private pool includes water basketball and other pool toys for 'kids of all ages'. Marvel at sunrises and starry nights from the cavernous deck. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, playing or calming at the beach. Gather with family and friends in the great room, while preparing meals in the open, well-equipped kitchen or backyard BBQ. Unwind and read in the den, or play ping pong in the enormous rec room. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach.
