SomerVilla is a five-bedroom oceanside home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Corolla's Ocean Sands community. The beach is just a short walk away using the boardwalk at the end of Sand Fiddler Circle. Family Animals are welcome, so you won't have to leave your furry family members behind. SomerVilla makes the most of outdoor living, with a private pool, hot tub and two levels of wrap-around decking. The top-level great room features an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, along with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a exhilarating dip in the pool or a calming soak in the hot tub. When it's time for dinner, fire up the grille for burgers, steaks or the catch of the day. Apart of the Section F neighborhood of Ocean Sands, guests will have exclusive access to the close by community tennis courts. The central location in Corolla means you'll be just mins. from grocery stores, shopping, dining and the Currituck Club golf course.
