Inside offers a game room with a Queen Sleep Couch, TV, game table seating 4, air hockey, wet bar with mini refrigerator and patio access, and a Queen Bedroom with TV and Semi-private bathroom. (Bathroom is shared with the Recroom).

Mid Level: This level offers 3 Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV (one with deck access and the other with a whirlpool bath plus separate shower), and a Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV and deck access. Double Laundry with 2 washers/dryers and the hot tub is on the Oceanside deck.

Top Level: Queen Master Bedroom with 2 balconies and impressive ocean vistas, TV/DVD and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
