Freshly refreshed for the 2023 season with fresh interior paint, a new sizable sectional couch, and new LVP floor!

The entire family will appreciate the bright, open, airy floor plan of this roomy home. There is room for everybody to have their own private space, or commune together for family time. The great room features huge windows, a comfortable sectional couch, and a big-screen TV to watch your favorite shows after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is a enormous dining table and breakfast bar with plenty of seating to serve up your favorite meals breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Escape to the loft just a few steps off the kitchen where you'll find a couch and chair to snuggle up with your favorite book, or simply savor the scenery while surrounded by windows with vistas of pretty blue skies and green trees. There is also a desk if you need to jump on your laptop to check your e-mail or touch base with work. The kids will enjoy another family room area on the middle level to watch TV, play games, or simply chill and relax. There are two master suites with decks, one leading to the hot tub where you can soak your worries away and transition into a vacation state of mind. The third king bedroom shares a bathroom with the mid-level family room but the connecting door could be locked to possibly make another master suite. In addition to the indoor amenities of this home, you'll want to take advantage of the outdoor community conveniences! Located in the exclusive Pine Island development, this home is only 150 feet from the community pool and tennis courts. Pine Island also offers cycling and running paths, a kids's playground, and a basketball goal. Community pool dates are 5/20/23 – 9/29/23 2024: TBD, Hours 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. The fall pool hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
