Sunny Delight lives up to its name with bright rooms and enormous windows to let the summer sunshine pour in! [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
An open and roomy Great Room features a living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. There is access to both a screened porch and a sun deck at the back of the home to provide enchanting outdoor vistas. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 3. The kitchen has a gas cooktop and a double wall oven plus a constructed-in microwave. There is a half bath by the kitchen. A Queen Master Suite is on this level with flat-screen TV (cable); its private bath that has a glass shower and a separate soaking tub. Stairs up to a tower room offers a Day Bed with Trundle which can provide additional sleeping accommodations if needed. [Note: gas fireplaces in the home are not available for guest use and there is no access to the garage.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
The sizable den is a second sitting area for watching TV or for relaxation. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Master Suite and a Queen bedroom both have streaming TV options. The Pyramid Bunk is designed for kids and a hall bath with shower/tub combo is shared with the Queen bedroom. Outdoors, the pool deck has a kidney-shaped private pool measures 9' x 20' (open mid-May to mid-Oct.) and pool furnishings (outdoor shower is not available). There is parking for 2 cars only; the garage is not available for guest use.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a huge community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
