Catchin Waves is within mins. of the life guarded beach, shopping, eateries, mini golf, water sports, grocery stores, historic sites and the 4x4 beaches (parking permit required). Appreciate a short walk to take advantage of Monteray Shores amenities, including 2 Soundside piers, community pool and basketball courts to name a few. Beach parking at Bonito Street public beach parking and beach access approx 1056 yards.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside enclosed shower, park-style charcoal grille and carport. Keyless entry access and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with 40" flat-screen intelligent TV, Queen Sleep Couch and access to deck with Hot Tub and outdoor seating for 4, full bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private full bath, flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bunk Room with DuoBunk and a Single over Futon Bunk with TV/DVD.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
