Located in the Ocean Sands community in Corolla, Summer Place is a roomy oceanside home ready to welcome your family for their best Outer Banks vacation yet!

When you're not spending your days calming at the beach, conveniently located roughly 0.2 miles away, savor the furnished wraparound decks with a cool drink while taking in the ocean breeze. Inside, the top level features an open great room with comfortable seating, a dining area for 8, and an open kitchen with countertop seating for 4. A king bedroom and a full bath round out the top level of this well-appointed home.

On the mid level, the remaining 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a huge covered deck can be found.

Your family will appreciate games, books, movies, beach chairs, body boards, and much more! High-speed internet is available to keep you connected. A long driveway provides two additional parking spaces.

Guests will enjoy access to the community tennis courts while staying in Summer Place within the Ocean Sands community. This vacation home is also a member of the Kilmarlic K-Club. Appreciate special golf prices, instructional clinics, private lessons, and exclusive transportation services to the K-Club.
