Las Brisas is located on the fairway within The Currituck Club in Corolla. The property features a 16' x 32' private pool enclosed in a fenced area with a locking gate, as well as a private hot tub. Guests can appreciate all the amenities of The Currituck Club, which includes access to community pools, tennis courts, and trolley service to the beach during the summer months.

The home features a screened porch, a poolside loggia complete with a wet bar and grille, and three Master Suites. Entertainment options abound with many electronics, including TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi, outdoor speakers, and a gas fireplace (available in off-season only.) The recreational room includes a pool table and Foosball, an iPod dock, a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator, a multi-port ceramic shower, a den with a sleeper couch, a pack-n-play, a high chair, an enclosed outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

This cavernous and extravagant home provides everything you could want for the ideal vacation. Host gatherings with family and friends in the well-equipped rec room, relax in the hot tub, savor your own private pool, discover broad illuminated trails, and observe local wildlife. With so many amenities, this handsome home will make you want to return time and time again.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
