Brand new home for 2018 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands). Six bedroom, five and a half bath reverse floor plan with ocean vistas. Ground floor contains a cavernous game room with sizable 55" TV, one bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed, full bath and laundry room with front loading high efficiency washer and dryer. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains four bedrooms; One king master with private bath, one queen with private bath, one queen with shared bath and one room with two twin beds with shared bath. All bedrooms on the second level have outdoor access to a deck and their own wall mounted flat screen tv's. Third level is the striking kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to deck. This home is just a short two min. walk to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
