Watch the Ocean Sunrise while calming on the porch swing with the morning's first cup of coffee. It's just a short walk to the community pool and tennis courts and a short drive to the Currituck Club golf course, shopping and eateries. All king and queen bedrooms are oceanfront and open to the decks.

Ground Level: Has a den with a Queen sleep couch, TV, foosball, refrigerator. The laundry and a half bath are also on this level.

Mid Level: Features a Queen mbr and a mbr with 2 Bunk sets. A second Queen room shares a bath with a room with 2 Singles. An outdoor hot tub and covered decks on this level provide more enjoyment for the family.

Top Level: Has a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, sizable dining area with 2 round tables ideal for meals or family game time, a roomy great room that opens to a screened porch and a sun deck ideal for reading a book or appreciating marvelous vistas of the beach. Also on this level is a King mbr with Jacuzzi. A few steps up you will find a Queen mbr and a loft and sitting area with a 46 in. LCD TV/DVD. Here you will find the most amazing vistas of the beach from the deck.
