Brand new construction in 2022 six bedroom home in Ocean Lakes. Private pool now open for 2024 season; COMPLIMENTARY pool heat on 7 nighttime stays in April and May 2024! A fast three min. walk to the beach access. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee heated pool, hot tub with outdoor TV, propane grille, tiki bar, cavernous living areas for the entire family. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Also included; savor the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short four min. walk.
Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent constructed in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter drink center. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and comfortable ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen intelligent T.V.s. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families visiting together. Off street parking for roughly four cars is supplied at the home.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

Family Groups Only – It is our policy to rent to family groups only. Tenant must be at least 25 years of age to enter in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which must be submitted with an ID.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, windsurfing, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
