A Beach Attitude will be all your family will need to have a amazing Outer Banks vacation! It is a dog-friendly home for up to 2 family pets and it is roughly 1100 feet to the Herring Street beach access in the Whalehead Beach neighborhood.

New for 2025 Season: Renovations are finished which includes the Kitchen (new cabinets, countertops, adding 2nd dishwasher); new floor on the top level. Ground level kitchenette is also modernized with new cabinets, floor; an ice maker appliance and drink center were added. The Parlor area was expanded to include the kitchenette. THE PICTURES have been refreshed.

Beds: 1 King Master, 4 Queens (2 Masters), 1 Double, 2 Bunk Bed Sets; 15 Towel Sets supplied

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has striking outdoor vistas with a enormous, sectional couch, a flat-screen TV and access to wide sundecks on 3 sides of the home. There is plenty of deck furnishings for calming on both the top and mid level decks. The screened porch offers more opportunity to savor the outdoors with a modest table that can seat 6. The newly remodeled kitchen now has 2 dishwashers, new countertops and cabinetry along with a separate kitchen island with 6 chairs and a constructed-in microwave. The dining table can effortlessly seat 10 with 6 chairs and a bench for 4 persons. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, there is a Queen Jr. Master Suite with a semi-private bath (shower) which has a door to the hall. A separate Queen bedroom is at the back of this floor. The King Master Suite has a sizable master bath which features a soaking tub and a separate shower. The rooms have access to the mid level deck; a picnic table and a hammock are on the covered deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
There are 3 more bedrooms on this floor: the redecorated Queen bedroom has access to a hall bath (shower) and the next bedroom is a Queen Master Suite (redecorated); its private master bath has a shower/tub combo. The last bedroom has a Double bed with 2 Bunk Bed Sets. The game area includes both a Shuffleboard table and a Foosball table in the Parlor area. There is a huge flat-screen TV for viewing a ball game or a favorite program. The newly updated kitchenette has new cabinetry, a constructed-in microwave, beverage center, ice maker appliance plus a dishwasher too! A full-sized refrigerator is located in the Laundry room. All of these amenities will make it super-convenient when relaxing outdoors by the pool and hot tub.

EXTRAS:
Savor a huge private pool (15' x 24'; pool open mid-May to mid-October) and a hot tub plus there is an outdoor full bathroom with a shower to use after visiting the beach or before using the pool or hot tub. A sand volleyball court is located in the backyard. Bring your grille tools to use the propane gas grille located on the pool deck. There is parking for 6-7 cars.
