Contains a cavernous dining and living area with a decorative fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen, and a queen master bedroom with a private bath. Furnished screened-in porch area, accessible from the great room on the top level, available for handsome sunrises with a pool overlook.


All queen bedrooms have private deck access. Great room and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs streaming w/ Roku. Sign in to all of your favorite accounts conveniently and securely with our high-speed internet. Savor your morning coffee or evening drinks on the top deck that offers ample seating for your friends and family.


On the ground/entry level, you will find a laundry room, a 10 x 20 private in-ground pool with a fenced-in lounge and seating area, a hot tub, outside shower, basketball goal, park-style charcoal grille, porch swing, horseshoe pit, and fish cleaning table w/ sink!
Families: We have a pack n' play and a high chair available. This beach home is ideal for multiple families with 2 master bedrooms. Nonsmoking. RVs, campers, trailers, or golf carts are not allowed at this property.

When to book & When to go:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
• Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.

• Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If not, email the property management company before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
• Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask your host about allowable breeds and types before booking.
• If there's a specific Currituck beach you are crazy about, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.

More considerations for your visit:

• Get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
• Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
• Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
• Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
