Welcome to the Oaks on Hunt Club, a brand new, gorgeous estate located in the esteemed Currituck Club.

This one-of-a-kind bespoke home features countless amenities, including everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation or event. Guests will savor 12 en suite bedrooms, an elevator, a theater room, a pool and kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, and much more.

Entering through the double doors on the mid level from the covered porch brings you to a cathedral ceiling entry. Directly ahead lies the library with bespoke cabinetry, desktop, paneled radius walls, and a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator. Six roomy ensuite bedrooms (two of which are handicap friendly), a half bath, and a full laundry room complete this level.

Upstairs, an abundance of windows and natural light await you. Two en suite bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, the great room, a four seasons room, a half bath, and the laundry room complete the top level. Unwind in the great room with a gas fireplace and its bespoke mantle. Dine at the breakfast nook which overlooks the sunken entry below and flows into the enormous dining room and gourmet kitchen. An enormous island, a 48-inch gas range with 6 burners, double ovens with a flat top, two fridges with bottom freezers, two constructed-in microwave ovens, two inset farmhouse sinks, and two dishwashers make cooking, prep-work, and clean-up a breeze. The quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and cavernous pantry provide ample serving and storage space. A bespoke constructed-in wet bar adjacent to the upsized dining table is equipped with a sink, wine cooler and ice machine. The four seasons room is a flexible space for relaxation, dining or appreciating the spectacular vistas of the outdoor entertainment area. Step through the French doors to an broad sun deck. The top level at The Oaks is comfortable enough for family get-togethers yet spacious enough for wedding preparations and corporate events.

Take the elevator to the ground level where four additional en suite bedrooms, another half bath and laundry room, a sizable home theater, and entertainment areas await you. The recreation area includes TVs, billiards, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. A sports bar, a kitchenette (with microwave, ice machine, under-counter refrigerator, and dishwasher), a huge home theater, and a kids's area for arts and crafts guarantees plenty of entertainment to create lifetime memories for all ages.

The expansive cabana with ample seating is the ideal segue to the pool, or in inclement weather, its windows can be lowered to appreciate a cozy evening around the fire. On one side of the cabana, you’ll find a kitchenette with outdoor-resistant cabinetry, an additional sink, and fridges. The other side features a full bath along with 2 indoor showers and changing areas making the cabana versatile, practical and fun.

The 16' x 36' heated saltwater pool includes an 8' x 5' kiddie pool. A separate heated and air-conditioned building at the end of the pool can be used as an additional hang out spot or a exercise/yoga room. Two hot tubs, three outdoor showers, a grilling station, a fire pit, bocce and corn hole areas along with a volleyball-badminton court complete this package.

This impressive backyard can effortlessly accommodate tents, tables, catering equipment, dance floors, etc., and is equipped with ample electrical capacity.

Please note, the adjacent carriage home is not available for access for weekly units.

3 community pools, a exercise center, a playground, tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, bocce ball court, bicycle trails, and planned activities will keep your family occupied and entertained. A convenient trolley service (seasonal) makes it simple to get to the beach. For an additional fee, experience the Currituck Club's Rees Jones-designed golf course.

The Currituck Club is a gated community. Guests will receive a weekly gate code prior to check-in.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
