Welcome to Out of Office OBX where your friends and family can relax, recharge and reconnect. This home has all that you could want on your luxury beach hideaway. Twelve en-suite bedrooms, including a bunk room for the kids. All other rooms have brand new King beds installed in 2021. There's plenty of room to spread out over three levels. Let the kids play in the game room or watch movies in the dedicated theater room. Adults can grab a peaceful couch to read, spread out in the open floor plan top floor and prepare meals in the enormous, open kitchen. When the kids go to bed it's time for poker in the gaming loft. Outside is a heated private pool, hot tub and tons of deck space to catch the sunrise or watch for dolphins. With private access to the beach you are moments away from experiencing the best of the Outer Banks. All this in the charming Whalehead Beach community, with painless access to grocery, eateries, gold, Corolla Light home and more!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop in the driveway and on the oceanfront side is the entirely enclosed private pool, hot tub, outside shower by the beach walkway (not enclosed), gas grille and private walkway to the beach. Inside you'll find the Recroom with pool table, foosball table, deck access, full bathroom with deck access, a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave and ice-maker. Sitting area with a flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD. 4 King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and 1 with deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and 2 Trundles and a flat-screen TV, Elevator access to all levels and laundry room with sink, washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 5 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and 4 with deck access. Den with flat-screen TV, wet bar with sink, microwave, mini-refrigerator and deck access, media room with sizable flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace, deck access and elevated ship's watch with game/poker table seating 6. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB. Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
