“A DeWar's Dream” is attractively decorated and thoughtfully appointed with opulent furnishings and amenities for your family to appreciate. Great location in a modest, peaceful neighborhood with no traffic for walking Fido! The hot tub offers a phenomenal way to ease tired muscles after a long day, while the private pool provides a place for the whole family to savor cooling down. An evening swim is made even more enchanting with the handsome sunsets seen from the back of the property! There is a lot of deck space for stargazing late into the nighttime. Plenty of seating at the dining table accepts for family mealtimes together, and additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar. Take a cool break inside the property for a fast game of pool, or watch the big game in the game room. The wet bar and full-size refrigerator in the game room by the pool makes snacking painless. This handy feature eliminates the need to go all the way to the kitchen when you need a cold drink or a snack. An additional bathroom is also located close by so there is no need to leave the pool/ground floor area. Four of the six bedrooms are master bedrooms, ideal for couples or guests who like a little additional privacy. The double bunk beds and duo bunk in the ground floor bedrooms provide that 'sleep over' feeling that kids like, but can also accommodate adults. A DeWar's Dream is located within a short walk to the beach with community access. You may also use the community pool and tennis in addition to your own private pool and hot tub. The property is very close to attractions in Corolla such as shopping, movies, groceries, fresh seafood and open air market. Child friendly activities are located just blocks away.

Additional conveniences details:
Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
