Treasure Island is a six bedroom five and one half bath Oceanfront beach home. This roomy home is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. The home features a nice secluded setting with private walkway onto the sand to savor the beachfront vistas. This oceanfront home offers every luxury imaginable. Recently constructed Outdoor Bar, Grilling Area, Fire Pit and modernized Pool Deck with generous seating! Also available are golf privileges at The Currituck Club (just 2 miles from the home, appreciate special in season reduced prices and you can reserve your tee time in advance!)

The Media room features a 60" UHD 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD player all with Sonos surround sound. This room also offers complimentary Netflix streaming and an Xbox One. There is complimentary access to Netflix from nearly every TV in the home. The main Lower level bedroom has a Nintendo Wii' system available to keep the younger ones happy. The game room also offers another huge screen HDTV and another Nintendo Wii, a billiard table and arcade game to keep the Teens happy. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The broad decks allow for elegant ocean vistas from the upper level of the home. You'll create your own treasure chest of vacation memories at Treasure Island!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a private in ground pool, hot tub and gas fueled fire pit along with a blue tooth smartphone sound system. The freshly remodeled deck includes an outdoor bar area with bar stools, a NEW Substantial Gas Grille, outdoor drink center, fish cleaning table and 2 outside showers. Inside on the newly refreshed lower level you'll find a Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom, single on top) with roll out Trundle and an HDTV. SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. Cost saving strategies:

• June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
• The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
