Imagine how your vacation attitude will improve once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment as your beach vacation home! Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill community, it is a short walk (1800 feet) to the Tasman Drive beach access. If preferred, you can park in the modest neighborhood parking lot just down the street near this beach access too. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a enormous flat-screen TV to appreciate watching your favorite programs or admiring the gorgeous vistas from the wraparound decks with expansive vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The huge kitchen is well-outfitted and has plenty of counter space for the family “chefs”. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the home; it has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its master bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furnishings. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed Sets for kids.

GROUND LEVEL:
A sizable game room is available with a Pool table with a huge flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and modest kitchenette. Just outdoors, savor the large private pool (14' x 26') is available and a hot tub. There is parking for 4-5 cars.

EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground and basketball and volleyball courts. There is a limit of 6 rental guests (at this property) who can use any resort amenities at one time including the 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Exercise Center). There is fee to use either the VOH Exercise Center and the pickleball/tennis courts which is also limited to 6 users. Guests will have a pass for ONE car to park at the community amenities that has an oceanside parking lot, access to Sharkey's, a full-service snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach boardwalk where you may choose to beachcomb, sun, swim or walk on the pristine beaches of Corolla.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
