When you're ready to hit the beach, a community beach access is less than 250 ft. away making it painless to spend the day playing in the water and calming on the sand.

There is plenty of parking space in the driveway and carport for simple unloading. For those who adore going for a dip in the pool or spending their day laying out in the sun, step out back to the sizable patio area where you'll find your own 14'x27' private pool along with plenty of lounge chairs including a shaded seating area. A foot wash station for sandy toes and an outdoor rain shower make it easy to clean off after a walk on the beach. Inside, a comfortable den features a Queen couch bed for additional sleeping space, a half bath, and a TV with DVD player and PS3 system for late nighttime gaming and movies (TV for hookup to DVD Player and Game System only, no Cable or Streaming available). You'll certainly stay cozy relaxing in the central heat and air conditioning, complete with an Energy Efficient Comfort Monitoring System that has an automatic shut-off when doors are left open.

On the mid-level, you'll find the main entry along with four of the five bedrooms. A Master Queen bedroom features deck access and an attached full bathroom. A full hall bath is shared between a Queen Bedroom with deck access, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (twin over full) with deck access, and a third bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and a balcony. The huge covered deck also contains a 6-person bubbly hot tub for ultimate relaxation. A convenient laundry area completes the level.
