Just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic coastline, you'll feel at ease the min. you pull up to Sea Nest! This charming home features modern amenities, handsome décor and offers plenty of outdoor living space with ocean vistas for soaking in that ocean breeze. Plus, your four-legged best friend is welcome to join you on vacation! When you're ready to hit the beach, a community beach access is less than 250 ft. away making it painless to spend the day playing in the water and calming on the sand.

There is plenty of parking space in the driveway and carport for simple unloading. For those who appreciate going for a dip in the pool or spending their day laying out in the sun, step out back to the sizable patio area where you'll find your own 14'x27' private pool along with plenty of lounge chairs including a shaded seating area. A foot wash station for sandy toes and an outdoor rain shower make it easy to clean off after a walk on the beach. Inside, a comfortable den features a Queen couch bed for additional sleeping space, a half bath, and a TV with DVD player and PS3 system for late nighttime gaming and movies (TV for hookup to DVD Player and Game System only, no Cable or Streaming available). You'll certainly stay comfortable relaxing in the central heat and air conditioning, complete with an Energy Efficient Comfort Monitoring System that has an automatic shut-off when doors are left open.

On the mid-level, you'll find the main entry along with four of the five bedrooms. A Master Queen bedroom features deck access and an attached full bathroom. A full hall bath is shared between a Queen Bedroom with deck access, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (twin over full) with deck access, and a third bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and a balcony. The sizable covered deck also contains a 6-person bubbly hot tub for ultimate relaxation. A convenient laundry area completes the level.

Upstairs, the cavernous open-style floorplan featuring vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, and huge windows is bright and inviting. The living space has cozy furnishings located around a flat-screen HDTV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. A separate reading nook is the ideal place to curl up with your favorite book. You'll have no problem whipping up your favorite chef masterpiece in the well-appointed and entirely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances—a meal that you can savor around the huge dining table with room for 10. There is additional bar seating around the kitchen island. The final bedroom is a King Master with a private balcony and an attached full bath offering a unique, spa-like experience. For a relaxing outdoor experience, the screened porch is a comfortable reading/meditation area where you'll appreciate fresh air and vistas of the surrounding neighborhood. Completing the layout is a enormous sun deck where you'll have a front row seat to the most exceptional coastal skies as the sun rises over the ocean and sets over the sound.
