Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, outside shower and access to a bathroom. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, TV/DVD and deck access with two hanging swings. Master Bedroom with 2 Full Beds, pool and sound vistas and TV/DVD and a Recroom with 65" TV set up with a gaming hookup for the kids, Queen Sleep Couch and a kitchenette with microwave and full size refrigerator making this a great hang out area for the kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with TV/DVD, deck access and whirlpool bathtubs. Appreciate another living space with huge screen TV/DVD and surround sound. Sizable reading library to savor some peaceful time reading on the swing or hammock located on the mid level deck along with games and puzzles for the families evening enjoyment. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
