Located on a private cul-de-sac backing to trees; Located close to the beach, Ocean Lake, shopping, eateries, and family activities. Appreciate the private pool (available in early May), hot tub, generous deck space, wood floors throughout, recreation room, and family-friendly touches.

Top level: wood floors throughout, king MBR suite w/private bath and intelligent TV, connected to screened porch; enormous great room w/55" LCD HD Intelligent TV, huge couch, 1/2 bath, stereo, surround sound system with Bluetooth-ready stereo and opens to the sizable sun deck.
