This well-appointed, oceanside Corolla home (Ocean Sands, Section J) is ideal for family and group visiting. Located on a private cul-de-sac backing to trees; Located close to the beach, Ocean Lake, shopping, eateries, and family activities. Appreciate the private pool (available in early May), hot tub, generous deck space, wood floors throughout, recreation room, and family-friendly touches.

Ground Level: Rec room w/TV, stereo with USB- and Bluetooth-ready audio, single sleep couch, 42" plasma TV, pool table, wet bar, full bath. Mid Level: two queen bedrooms w/intelligent TV; one-bedroom w/2 Singles w/intelligent TV, one-bedroom w/2 Bunk Sets (4 twins) w/intelligent TV, two full baths and opens to cavernous deck. Top level: wood floors throughout, king MBR suite w/private bath and intelligent TV, connected to screened porch; enormous great room w/55" LCD HD Intelligent TV, huge couch, 1/2 bath, stereo, surround sound system with Bluetooth-ready stereo and opens to the sizable sun deck.

Well-equipped kitchen, dining area (seats 6), breakfast bar (seats 4) and opens to the upper sun deck with w/picnic table (seats 6) and screened porch with tons of seating and comfort.

  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
