Located on the north end of the beautiful Villages at Ocean Hill community, this oceanside getaway is just steps from the Currituck Banks Reserve and the northern beaches where Corollas wild horses roam. Not only can your family savor seasonal access to this home's private pool and hot tub, you'll also appreciate complimentary use of the Villages' on-site tennis/ pickleball courts.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a completely gated private pool and a patio with hot tub, gas grille and an outside shower. Inside you'll find a garage with beach cart and beach chairs. Recroom with (foldable) pool table, Futon, flat-screen TV, wet bar with sink and refrigerator and patio deck access. Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk Set (sleeps 4), Trundle (single) with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck, a 2nd King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) and a 3rd King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with enormous flat-screen TV, electric fireplace and deck access. Dining area seating 8, kitchen with stainless appliances and a drink cooler and a half bath, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
