The Space:
Welcome to Laughing Gull Manor! Less than a 5 min. walk to the beach, this striking Corolla home offers everything you need for a comfortable and delightful beach hideaway. On the top level, you'll find an refreshed, completely supplied kitchen that opens into a roomy great room with vaulted ceilings and high windows, creating a bright and inviting living area. This floor also includes a cozy ship's watch featuring a TV and a queen sleeper couch for additional guests. The master king suite provides an ensuite semi-private full bath, direct access to the deck, and relaxing outdoor furnishings, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Most of your group will head to the mid level for sleeping. This floor features two queen master suites, each with ensuite semi-private bathrooms and access to a shared deck. Additional sleeping arrangements include a room with two twin beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for accommodating the whole family. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, right near the bedrooms.
Outside, guests can appreciate two carports, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to six cars. The propane grille makes it simple to prepare up a family meal after a day at the beach.
