We're thrilled to announce that the home went through many renovations for the 2024 season, with every corner being touched to provide a modern, comfortable beach experience. With fresh updates throughout, this home is primed and ready to welcome you. These renovations include new floor, open concept kitchen, new appliances, paint throughout the entire home, refreshed top level half bathroom, new furnishings and new recessed LED lighting throughout.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

When to visit Corolla & When to reserve a rental home:

• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
