We're thrilled to announce that during the down season of 2023-2024 the home went through many renovations with every corner being touched to provide a modern, comfortable beach experience. With fresh updates throughout, this home is primed and ready to welcome you. These renovations include new floor, open concept kitchen, new appliances, paint throughout the entire home, refreshed top level half bathroom, new furnishings and new recessed LED lighting throughout.

Also contains front door entry, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a rear covered deck with backyard access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with full private bath and soaking tub, 55" flat-screen intelligent HDTV and front deck access. Roomy great room with 55" flat-screen intelligent HDTV, access to the huge east facing deck with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. Dining room seating for 8, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar seating for 4, screened in porch with backyard access, and a half bath. In addition, there is a serene reading nook, where 2 plush chairs and warm lighting is the ideal spot for morning reads or evening relaxations.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
