The handy dumbwaiter makes lugging groceries effortless. With all the amenities of Corolla Light your family will appreciate staying in the Tree Tops.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include 2 outside showers and a charcoal grille. Inside offers a Den with HD TV/DVD, refrigerator, dumbwaiter, full hall bath, Bedroom with 2 Singles, and laundry area.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with HD TV and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk with Trundle. Hot tub is on the deck. All bedrooms on this level have deck access.

Top Level: Living room with HD TV/VCR/DVD, stereo with CD and gas fireplace, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 10, pub table seating 4 and a King Master Bedroom with HD TV, deck access, and whirlpool tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Get the best rental value:

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
