Located just a stone's throw away from the beach access, this three-story townhouse is ideal for a family hideaway or a snowbird getaway. Laze in the shared outdoor pool or stay active on the tennis and pickleball courts. A supermarket within walking distance makes stocking up on essentials for your stay painless. Just a short drive away, embark on a Wild Horse Adventure Tour and witness the majestic wild horses that roam freely along the Outer Banks. Or head to Corolla Watersports for some kayaking and paddleboarding. (The condition of beach walkways, decks, stairs, and access changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.)

You'll enter the home near the laundry room, with the bedrooms just upstairs. Both upper levels feature balconies, including a private one for the primary bedroom with hammock swing seating. The top deck provides a glimpse of the ocean while you savor the fresh ocean breeze. The third story also homes the social hub of your vacation rental, with a bright, well-equipped kitchen (including a toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender) and living space, along with one more bedroom.

The central air-conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
