Brand New Vacation Villa - Where convenience meets privacy in the heart of Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, the sound, eateries, entertainment and so much more! Unwind and savor resort style amenities while experiencing the solace of a private home.
Our villa is inspired by grandparents with roots going back to Sealevel, NC (Carteret County). On your visit we hope you will find in Corolla the beauty and marvel for North Carolina's coast that they passed along.
The first level offers a cavernous floor plan with access to a private patio offering an outdoor shower and grille.
The well-equipped kitchen is supplied with prepare and dinnerware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as a wine refrigerator. The 8-foot island provides ample seating for gathering to share a meal or play a game. The kitchen opens up to a more formal dining area and living room containing a huge pull-out queen sleeper couch for additional sleeping options. Also, a half bath is on the first level.
Upstairs you will find a Master suite, including a private outdoor balcony to appreciate a late-nighttime drink under the stars, or a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The attached private bath features a enormous walk-in shower, a huge vanity, and toilet.
The second and third bedrooms offer king and queen beds with adjoining jack-n-jill style bathroom featuring a tub with shower, sizable vanity, and toilet.
Conveniently located on the second floor, is a laundry room for your use during your stay. There's also a pack-n-play for infants.
To make your check-in painless, we provide a starter kit of supplies to get your stay started. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are supplied as well.
The community features a humongous pool with multiple cabanas available for rent during your stay. A brand-new clubhouse with gym, pickleball court, and Mexican style taco shack are all coming this 2024 season!

Tips to get the best Currituck vacation home experience:
Getting the most from your spending budget:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Book your Currituck rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Look for your local Currituck visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Selecting and booking the best Currituck rental home:
- Select a group lead, choose your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Brand New 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath Condo. Walk to beach & Corolla Village! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what bed configuration is best for your family.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
- Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
During your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
