Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom for your convenience, with a king primary suite on the top floor and all other bedrooms on the mid-level. The home has a well-appointed kitchen, linens service (fresh sheets and towels upon arrival), plenty of board games, and a intelligent TV in every room to sign into your streaming accounts. Be sure to take advantage of the private outdoor space, including a completely gated, glistening pool (heating is optional seasonally for an additional fee), hot tub, ping-pong table, putting green, and corn hole area, as well as a sizable covered patio with lounge seating, a dining area, TV, a refrigerator, Bluetooth speaker, and convenient outdoor bathroom and shower. • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
