The cavernous top level of Earth Tide features natural light and room to spread out, with an open kitchen and plenty of seating options. The loft and the screened-in porch provide additional space for playing card games or just catching up with family. A convenient half bath and a comfortable king en suite with a soaking tub round out the main level of this bright and airy home.

Another king en suite with private bath, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full hall bath can be found on the mid level, as well as a sizable covered deck with a hot tub. Head down to the ground level to find a queen bedroom, full bath, and the recreation area/den, complete with a Foosball table and wet bar with a wine refrigerator and a microwave. In addition to two community pools, the Villages at Ocean Hill amenities also include basketball courts, a playground, and a nature trail. For an additional fee, guests can savor access to the exercise center and tennis/pickleball courts.
