Peaceful Semi-Soundfront home located among lob lolly pines within the pretty Corolla Light Resort and all of it's amenities. Stunning sunsets every nighttime. Short walk to trolley pick up (seasonal) for full resort access. Whole home was refreshed in 2019 with new beds, appliances, floor and hot tub. Painless sound access for all water sports including jet skis, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, crabbing and more! Shad Street Oceanfront parking is just across the street (about 950 yards away) and the 4x4 beach access is just 2 miles north. This vacation home is equipped with 1 stand-up paddleboard, 1 kids kayak, 1 adult kayak, bicycles, crab pot, life jackets and helmets. Private HEATED pool available April through October.

Ground Level: This level is completely devoted to fun! Savor the rec room featuring a pool table, foosball table, kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, 40" flat-screen TV/DVD, 408 game arcade machine and a half bath. You can access the private pool and hot tub from this level. The laundry with washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with Intelligent TV and private deck, Queen Master Bedroom with Intelligent TV and private deck and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and private deck that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets.

Top Level: Features the great room with wood fireplace, 65" intelligent TV/ Blu-Ray DVD. The cavernous, updated kitchen has 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 3, dining room with seating for 10 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 43" Intelligent TV and a private bathroom with claw-foot tub and separate shower. Appreciate dinner or a peaceful read in the screened in porch and appreciate watching the sunset over the Currituck Sound from the Soundside decks.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Full access to the Corolla Light Resort including indoor pool and exercise center, 2 outdoor life-guarded pools, infant pool, kids's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and tennis courts. There is also an Oceanfront Grille and ocean front walks. Trolley service (seasonal) to the beach every 30 mins., snack hut and weekly activities for the kids and adults.

Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
