The kitchen peninsula has been converted into an island. The top-level hall half bathroom has been refreshed with a new cabinet, quartz countertop and sink, and new toilet. Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
• The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
