The Space:
Your family will appreciate calming in the great room living area, where everybody can appreciate watching TV, reading, or basking in the natural of light from the many windows. The kitchen is completely supplied so the chef of your group can whip up a delicious meal on the gas stove for all to savor. If the chef likes someone to keep them company while they prepare, the bar seating provides a comfortable space to sit and chat during mealtime or snacks. There's room for your whole group at the dining table, meaning you can enjoy dinner together. There is plenty of outdoor seating if you choose to dine in the fresh air, and a gas grille is available on the top deck for the ideal BBQ! A master king room rounds out this top level.

Head down one flight of stairs to the mid level and you are greeted with a variety of bedroom options. There are two queen bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom!) and a double over double bunk bed room. The laundry with washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

The ground level is where the fun begins. Challenge a family member to a competitive round of pool while watching another sport on TV. A mini refrigerator provides simple access to drinks and snacks mid-game, and the bunk bedroom adds more space for people to sleep. There is a door to the patio which leads to the gated pool deck, where you'll find the private pool & hot tub!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

This OBX village features striking beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.
