Your family can spend their days splashing in the community pool, soaking in the bubbly hot tub, playing a friendly match at the community tennis court, or reeling in a catch from the close by fishing lake. When you're ready to hit the sand, the nearest beach access is just a short 3-min. walk (0.1 miles) away. And with a entirely fenced-in backyard, this is the ideal spot to savor a vacation with your favorite canine family members!

When you get back from the beach, effortlessly rinse off the sand in the enormous outdoor shower. The top level is where you'll adore gathering together in the bright and airy living area with all-new LVP floor, cathedral ceilings, and plenty of comfortable furnishings centered around a huge flat screen TV for catching up on your favorite show or watching a good movie. On nights you prefer to prepare at home, you'll appreciate the roomy kitchen that comes completely outfitted with everything you need including a flat top stove, constructed-in microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator. The adjoining dining area has plenty of seating, but if you need additional space, there are 4 bar chairs located at the kitchen island. If you're in the mood to dine al fresco, step through the sliding doors from the dining area into the screened porch, and enjoy the ocean breeze at the picnic table under the twinkling cafe lights strung above. The spacious top-level sun deck is ideal for working on your tan or gazing out at the sunset on a warm summer evening.
