Spend your days splashing in the surf and soaking up the sun! When you're back from the beach, relax on the porch hammock and even catch a few Zs. The cavernous upstairs area provides the ideal spot for everybody to come together and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, have a family meal, or just hang out and relax. The dining room table has enough seating for 8, plus there's breakfast bar seating for 2!

Sticking to your rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To find the most suitable rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, tours, and activities.
• In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
