Welcome to Rain-r-Shine! Located on the Oceanside of Corolla. This family and pet friendly beach home sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac with only a short walk to the beach (280 yards). Just throw the beach chairs in the beach cart and go.

While at your vacation home, the living room, game room, and pool provide ample space for the extended family to spread out. You will find that a lot of thought has been given to making this home comfortable and convenient for you and your family. This property is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a wildlife habitat. It is a mini refuge providing food, water, cover, and places for wildlife to raise their young. The American Beach Grass also stabilizes the sand naturally.
Rain-r-Shine comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. This is a dog friendly home (limit 2) must be kennel/crate kept while home alone.

This striking space features two comfortable bedrooms. One has two twin beds and a Intelligent TV, ideal for calming. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and private access to a shared full bath, along with its own Intelligent TV for your convenience.

You'll also savor the fun game room, complete with a tournament-style foosball table, Intelligent TV/DVD, mini refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Plus, the sliding door leads directly to the pool area, making it painless to appreciate the outdoors. Ideal for families or friends looking for comfort and entertainment!

Level 2:
This inviting space features three cavernous bedrooms, ideal for family or group stays.

The first bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a Intelligent TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for kids or guests, along with a Intelligent TV and WiFi streaming for entertainment.

The third bedroom offers another King-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower for added privacy and convenience, as well as a Intelligent TV for your comfort.
This floor also includes a full hall bath for simple access, a well-equipped laundry room for your convenience, and a roomy deck, ideal for outdoor relaxation or entertaining.

Level 3:
This spacious and inviting bedroom features a King-size bed, ideal for a restful nighttime’s sleep. Appreciate the convenience of a Intelligent TV with Wi-Fi streaming, accepting you to relax with your favorite shows and movies. The private full bath offers added comfort and privacy.

The great room is a ideal space for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a Samsung Intelligent TV, Wi-Fi streaming, and a DVD player for countless viewing options. A half bath adds additional convenience to the living area.

The dining table comfortably seats 8, ideal for appreciating meals together, while the kitchen counter offers seating for 5, creating a welcoming ambiance for casual meals or conversations. Whether you're here to relax or entertain, this space provides everything you need for a memorable stay.

Guest access: Intelligent lock is located on the ground level door on the right-side of the home.

Interaction with guest: For your tranquility of mind we will be on the platform from 9am-6pm every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours.


To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the home rules, which include:

- NO smoking of any kind in the home (this includes vaping)
- No on-street parking per neighborhood guidelines - - Rv’s/ Trailers/ Boats/ UTV’s/Golf Carts are not allowed
- Booking guest must be 25 years or older
- min. Occupancy 14 guests
- min. Two Dogs Accepted must be kennel/crate kept while home alone. (A flat $175 pet fee that must be paid in advance- no other animals allowed)
- Absolutely no fires allowed indoors or outdoors, including candles
- Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk, and guests must be 18 years old or older to use them without adult supervision.
- On trash days (Wednesday and Saturday) please bring bins out to the curb and roll them back in after pick-up. Pick-up is fairly early in the morning so the nighttime before may be the best time to do so.

Failure to comply with the home rules may result in being asked to leave and/or being charged a fee plus damages.

-As a courtesy, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper cleaning supplies and paper towels. However, please be aware that you may have to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

-Please be advised that we do not provide shampoos, toiletries, condiments or ziplocks. Kindly plan accordingly.

-To ensure the safety of our guests, there is a security camera that records the entry door.

-Please be aware that this is a rental home, and there is no on-site maintenance or staff available. For your peace of mind our staff will be on the platform from 9am-6pm every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. In the case of an emergency please notify the appropriate emergency service.

-The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenities that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Here are a few things we ask of our guests with furry friends:

• must be kennel (crate) kept if left home alone.
• leashed when out and about in the neighborhood
• waste is picked up bagged and disposed of in the outside bins.
• please do not allow them on the furnishings
