Two levels of covered outdoor space ensure everybody gets to savor those Outer Banks breezes. Multiple living areas give everybody the chance to spread out and claim a spot as their own. Savor a pretty community view from the roomy decks, with beach access only 3 blocks away. With Adirondack chairs, dining sets and even a porch hammock, there's plenty of choices in how you appreciate your outdoors! Parrotdise is a ideal big group vacation home boasting 7 bedrooms & 6.5 baths with over 3,000 square feet. All members of the family are welcome to join in the fun with this PET FRIENDLY property.

Calling all pool players! The first level recreation room has a pool table sure to provide hours and hours of fun and friendly competition. Also savor a flat panel HDTV, a pub table and plenty of seating to watch the games! A wet bar with a drink cooler and a microwave has everything you need for simple snacks and drinks. For all your laundry needs a laundry room is located steps away from the recreational area, complete with a retro mini refrigerator with dual doors and true freezer. This level also contains plenty of sleeping options with three bedrooms. One has a Queen bed, while the other has two twin beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

The second level has a comfortable sitting area with two couches and a great entertainment center with a flat screen HDTV and a corner desk if you simply MUST work on vacation. Let's hope no one uses it! Three King En Suites with crisp, new white linens round out this level. The third level of the home is a humongous great room, with vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents and a relaxing color palette with coastal decor. The living area features plenty of plush couches and chairs, with elegant bright accent pillows. A huge entertainment center with a flat panel HDTV offers the opportunity for the group to gather around together to enjoy the latest Netflix pick.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to create a amazing family meal, enjoy the plentiful cabinets, full suite of appliances (with 2 dishwashers) and a breakfast bar so the chef can have company (and maybe some helpers) as he or she is hard at work. What a marvelous opportunity for everybody to come together, enjoy a home-cooked meal as you talk, laugh, make plans and memories together. Plenty of outdoor dining space with picnic table seating for 8. It's time to unplug and relax! A cavernous King En Suite getaway and an additional common half bath round out the third level.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
