TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a living area with a Pool table so your family can spend together on one level. The dining area (seats 10) and the kitchen island can seat 2 with room for all family members to share meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. The King Master Suite has a master bath with a separate shower from a soaking. There is access to the front of the home to the screened porch. A half bath is also on this floor. TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a living area with a Pool table and sizable flat-screen TV so your family can relax and spend together on one level while being entertained! The dining area (seats 10) and the kitchen bar counter can seat 2 with room for all family members to share meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath is also on this floor. There is access to the front of the home to the screened porch where guests can appreciate another area to relax and catch-up and also to the sun deck at the back of the home facing the pool deck below. The one bedroom on this level is a King Master Suite which has a master bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
As you enter the home, there is a King bedroom with access to a hall bath (shower/tub combo). This bathroom is shared with 2 other bedrooms: the Queen bedroom (access to the back deck) and a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk set for kids. The Second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo. Outdoors, there is an outdoor shower to use after beach going or before jumping into the private pool which measures 13' x 26' (pool heat available for an additional fee) or the hot tub. The garage is not available for guest use. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size community pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a enormous community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.

When to go & When to reserve a Currituck rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To book the largest rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
