This fantastic beach home was designed for the ideal family vacation. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, it's just a short walk or bicycle trip to the beach, shopping and the lighthouse. Appreciate the view of the ocean from the enormous upper level sundeck.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include the outside shower, basketball hoop, and a charcoal grille. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with DuoBunk and Trundle, and Den with TV and foosball table. All bedrooms have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and gas fireplace, dining room seating 8, half bath, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a King Master Bedroom with whirlpool and deck access.

Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet access, book libraries, high chair, infant gate, foosball table, basketball hoop, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grille, linens and towels supplied and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
