Appreciate the enormous private pool on hot summer days or lounge in one of four comfortable rattan lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs or other sitting areas. While you relax, the kids will savor playing in the pool with a variety of pool toys available. You can also sit with friends and family in the cavernous screened in living area adjacent to the pool or read a good book while calming in the hammock. The new front porch, furnished with rocking chairs, is another area good for drinking your morning coffee or relaxing after a long beach day. You will adore the handsome decor of this striking home.

There is a roomy king master suite on the top level, as well as a bedroom with 2 singles, a bedroom with a full bed, and a huge full-hall bathroom. The main level is where you will find the queen master suite and a powder room.
