This pretty coastal getaway enjoys close proximity to the beach and great ocean vistas, as well as a private pool and hot tub. Generous decks extend your living area. Its peaceful cul-de-sac location provides parents a comfort level with kids on bicycles.

Ground Level: Features a great rec room with 55 in. HDTV,a new pool table, wet bar with under counter wine cooler, full size refrigerator and access to pool deck. A Queen bedroom with TV, and a full bath are on this level.

Mid Level: Has 2 Queen main bedrooms and a Queen room, all with TVs; a private den with Daybed with Trundle and a 32 in. TV; a room with Duobunk with Trundle, and a full bath.

Top Level: Offers a huge great room with gas fireplace, 47 in. TV/DVD with Bose surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen provides the tools to prepare a feast for all. A King main bedroom with whirlpool tub along with half bath complete this level.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
