You can take a dip in the private pool with the all new paver stone, decking, or play a game of beach volleyball on your own sand court. The kids will also appreciate a game of pick-up basketball in the driveway. Take advantage of the ground level game room and play a few rounds of pool or relax on the couch and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is entirely equipped for you to prepare delicious meals and the outdoor gas and charcoal grilles are ideal for the grille master in your group. An Outer Banks backyard cookout is simple with the ample outdoor seating. Hang out and catch up with everybody in the cavernous upstairs great room. Active surveillance cameras are located outside of the home and will be turned off during your stay.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
