Estate of Mind is a handsomely decorated and landscaped home that features many trendy amenities including a sand volleyball court, a spectacular 3-story cabana overlooking the pool with ocean to sound vistas, a wet bar, and a hot tub on its mid level; an office with a computer, high speed internet and fax; a tv with dvd or vcr in every bedroom; an intercom system with a constructed-in cd player providing music throughout the home and pool area; plenty of shade and sun decks and a crow's nest above it for impressive expansive vistas. This home has been newly modernized with captivating luxury vinyl floor, bright new paint, and welcoming indoor and outdoor furnishings!

Ground Level: Features the rec room with big screen TV/DVD, surround sound, pool table, foosball, gas fireplace, and kitchenette with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. You will appreciate the sizable private pool and cabana with hot tub. There are 2 main bedrooms, each with a Duobunk and a Bunk set and TVs & DVDs.

Mid Level: Has 2 main bedrooms, a King room, a Queen room, a full hall bath and an office with queen couch bed, a computer with high speed internet, a printer and fax. Decking on 3 sides is accessible from all bedrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.

Top Level: The handsome great room with broad vistas provides a gas fireplace, an entertainment center with TV/DVD, surround sound, multiple dining tables to seat the whole crowd, a half bath, and the kitchen with double appliances. There is a main bedroom with TV/DVD and spectacular vistas are yours from the skydeck located one story above this level!

Things to Know
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $85 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
