Private amenities include a hot tub, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a game room, while a variety of off-site conveniences including tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball courts, and a exercise center offer countless on-site recreation. Corolla Beach and the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest Trail are within walking of the home. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off sand and saltwater.

The home's pristine interior is a model of modern vacation comfort and is made up of seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The game room comes furnished for friendly competition and happy hour calming with features including a pool table and wet bar equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a blender, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Multiple decks allow for leisurely outdoor gatherings, while separate living rooms offer flexibility for indoor occasions. The kitchen comes equipped with an impressive suite of stainless steel appliances including double dishwashers for ultimate family meal planning and simple cleanup. A gas grille is equipped on the main-floor deck for cooking up fresh seafood feasts.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
