Just go down the driveway and across the street and you’re at the beach access and community oceanfront pool! You'll adore the elegant ocean vistas from this cavernous and attractively furnished home. Every amenities has been thoughtfully supplied for your vacation enjoyment and comfort.

The top floor great room has warm wood floors and all new furnishings and features a 65-inch intelligent LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Disc Player and there is Bose stereo surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room are especially beautiful for family and gatherings and can comfortably seat 20 people. The fresh kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a enormous Island with a prep sink and smooth surface stove as well as 6 bar stools and a separate dinette area for casual dining.

The bigger dining area seats 10 with a view! Convenient half bath as well as en suite with private bath on the top level. There is a gorgeous screened-in porch with bespoke counter and seating that will be a great spot for any casual snack/meal and is a ideal spot for viewing sunrises and even sunsets. The Villages at Ocean Hill offers opportunities for family fun, sport, recreation and sheer relaxation.
