Located in the esteemed community of Villages at Ocean Hill, Ocean View Retreat is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with high elevations offering magnificant vistas with good spacing between homes and only 100 yards to the beach access. Just go down the driveway and across the street and you’re at the beach access and community oceanfront pool! You'll adore the elegant ocean vistas from this cavernous and elegantly furnished home. Every luxury has been thoughtfully included for your vacation enjoyment and comfort.

The top floor great room has warm wood floors and all new furnishings and features a 65-inch intelligent LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Disc Player and there is Bose stereo surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room are especially charming for family and gatherings and can comfortably seat 20 people. The fresh kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a huge Island with a prep sink and smooth surface stove as well as 6 bar stools and a separate dinette area for casual dining.

The bigger dining area seats 10 with a view! Convenient half bath as well as en suite with private bath on the top level. There is a gorgeous screened-in porch with bespoke counter and seating that will be a great spot for any casual snack/meal and is a ideal spot for viewing sunrises and even sunsets. There is a fold-up ping pong table undercover for additional exterior fun. For interior amusement, there is a sizable kids' room with a foosball table, entertainment center with a 65-inch TV as well as a standup multicade video game system on the ground floor, this is just the right area for entertaining! Also, a beverage video game system on the landing between the floors to offer another hideaway space.

The Villages at Ocean Hill offers opportunities for family fun, sport, recreation and sheer relaxation. Within the community of the Villages at Ocean Hill, there are two swimming pools for your enjoyment: one on Sandcastle Drive at the oceanfront and one on Lakeside Drive next to the Exercise Center. In addition to two community pools, the Villages at Ocean Hill amenities also include basketball courts, a playground, and a nature trail.
