After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. Our company uses a third-event screening service called Safely. You may receive an e-mail from Safely asking you for additional information to verify your identity such as your home address and date of birth. Please visit the Safely website if you would like additional information.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee of $100 for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.

★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
If this home has a pool or hot tub, please check the listing or ask the host for the operational schedule. Most pools are seasonal running only May 15- Oct 15 each year.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. There are no cameras on the interior the home.

Should you bring family pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and expedited eviction.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college events.

A community sitting between the serene coast of Currituck Sound and the majesty of the Atlantic Ocean, the Villages at Ocean Hill offers opportunities for family fun, sport, recreation, and sheer relaxation.

Cyclists of all ages and abilities can appreciate the nearly 2-mile stretch of the newly paved bicycle lane which connects VOH to the stores and community of Corolla Light. Nature lovers will appreciate the serenity of the Currituck Banks National Estuarine Reserve, adjacent to the community, for walking and appreciating the sights and sounds of the maritime forest.
